Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring a Lead IT Analyst for a fully remote role. You will drive the use of ServiceNow AI, develop knowledge content, and ensure AI-driven experiences are accurate and searchable. The position requires ServiceNow certifications and multiple IT disciplines.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with admins, developers, and business stakeholders, and guide projects to completion while supporting enterprise initiatives across remote locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ticket management, platform use, reporting, and workflow support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate across teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge content used by ServiceNow tools.
• Ensure information is accurate and searchable for AI-driven experiences.
• Collaborate with admins, developers and stakeholders to improve knowledge management.
• Analyze tickets and trends to identify content gaps and improvements.
• Assist testing and validation of AI-generated responses and recommendations.
• Mentor teammates and drive deliverables to completion.
• Work independently and with IT teams on enterprise initiatives.
