Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Lead Senior Technical Analyst for its Platform Alerting, Analytics & Reporting Team. This role leads a team delivering alerting, analytics, and reporting on a large-scale integration service bus and databases.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Intersystems IRIS, HealthShare, and AWS, plus strong monitoring and data analysis skills. This is a 100% remote role for residents of the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• Experience with IRIS code, IRIS integration platform components and IRIS workflows.
• 2–3 years IT experience under contract with VA or other Federal agency.
• Understanding of InterSystems Cache, IRIS or HealthShare integrations and tools.
• Experience with monitoring/alerting solutions (Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch).
• Experience with Unix, Apache, AWS, Agile/SAFe, DevOps.
• Experience with Python for ETL or data science is a plus.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer and document complex enterprise service bus workflows.
• Define ETL requirements and support deployment, testing, and administration.
• Troubleshoot root causes in service bus workflows.
• Monitor platform metrics and alerts, define thresholds and content.
• Provide statistical analysis of integrations, message traffic, and performance.
• Oversee weekly/monthly reporting of infrastructure metrics.
• Support Tier 3 for HealthShare and related technologies.
• Serve as internal SME for IRIS monitoring/alerting and logging.
