Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Analytics Lead to partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and design solutions that improve customer support experiences. You will deliver actionable insights, drive data-driven decisions, and mentor junior analysts within the Safety & Trust portfolio.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, 5+ years in analytics (2+ in trust & safety), and the ability to translate business problems into defined data requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on analytics, including 2+ in trust and safety domain.
• Ownership of data used for filings, transparency reports, audits or public disclosures.
• Translate unstructured business problems into clearly defined requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills across detailed data and business questions.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings to varied audiences.
• Interpersonal skills to build cross-functional trust and collaboration.
• Quantitative degree; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python to break down large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical integrity of safety data; set definitions and reconciliation logic.
• Serve as data liaison to external auditors ensuring data clarity and quality.
• Maintain documentation standards across reporting cycles.
• Run end-to-end publication cycle: freeze definitions, data lock, QA, review, sign-off.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Legal on Safety data.
• Move reporting from volume to diagnostic insights and interventions.
• Own roadmap for Safety reporting portfolio and decide what to measure or retire.
• Set analytics standards: metric definitions, queries, documentation, reproducibility; mentor juniors.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate insights into decisions.
• Develop scalable processes to drive decision-making and prioritization.
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to track health of support platform.
• Deliver data-driven insights to improve customer support experiences.
