• Enjoy building frameworks, abstractions and automation to simplify best practices.
• AI-curious: understands AI coding tools and how to leverage them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build tools, services and automation to empower the engineering team to ship safely and quickly.
• Help shape and scale our internal developer platform with safety and reliability at the core.
• Lead adoption of AI tooling across the engineering org while maintaining security and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to continuously improve DevOps workflows and tooling.
