Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager for aerospace industrial and logistics projects. The role oversees MEP infrastructure and tenant fit-outs, coordinating design, construction, and occupancy. It is a remote role with potential 10–20% travel to client facilities.

You will guide project delivery resources, prepare scopes and budgets with clients, and ensure milestones are met. Strong PM certifications and multiuse facility experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Construction management experience within a multiuse I&L commercial facility is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). MS Project, Kahua, or similar PM software experience required.
• Bluebeam experience is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular project status meetings and coordinate between multi-discipline teams.
• Develop new methods to improve department objectives and apply expertise across functions.
• Coach team members to build in-depth knowledge; model CBRE RISE values and lead by example.
• Drive achievement of customer, operational, and project objectives with stakeholders.

About the Role

The Lead Senior Project Manager provides consulting services for our aerospace industrial and logistics client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Construction projects consist of MEP infrastructure and tenant fit-outs for multiuse facilities including manufacturing, warehouse, and R&D.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. This is a remote role and may require up to 10%-20% out-of-town travel to client facilities.

What You’ll Do

Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.

Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.

Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.

Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.

Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.

Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.

Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

What You’ll Need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Construction management experience within a multiuse I&L commercial facility is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software experience required. Bluebeam experience is beneficial.
