Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Business Analyst to partner with Product Owners and delivery teams across the Salesforce portfolio, ensuring requirements are clear and aligned with Medicaid operations.

You will own user stories through the full Agile lifecycle, support backlog prioritization, and collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver timely, production-ready solutions. This role requires US work authorization and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years leading Business Analysis on enterprise software development projects.
Minimum 3 years Salesforce implementations experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Candidate must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States; US residence for 3 of last 5 years is required.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and refine business requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Lead elicitation sessions, interviews, workshops, and discovery activities.
Translate requirements into detailed user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
Own user stories through the Agile lifecycle and ensure development readiness.
Support backlog management, prioritization, and release planning.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, architects, and QA to ensure alignment.
Validate requirements through demonstrations, testing, and UAT.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track risks, decisions, and dependencies.
