Job summary

Yellowstone Local is seeking a qualified Recruiter Team Lead to drive skilled trades hiring across multiple clients. You will lead a team of recruiters, coach performance, and ensure the recruiting strategy delivers qualified candidates and hires.

You will report to Client Success leadership, translate direction into actionable recruiting execution, and maintain urgency across pipelines. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-informed decisions, and accountability for client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong full-cycle recruiting ability.
• Experience leading recruiting teams across multiple clients.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, or blue‑collar roles.
• Ability to coach recruiters and raise performance standards.
• Comfort with data‑driven coaching and pipeline visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters responsible for skilled trades hiring across multiple clients.
• Set clear expectations, inspect performance, provide direct feedback, and follow through until improvement occurs.
• Take responsibility for the recruiting performance of your team.
• Turn client and job-level strategy into clear priorities, actions, and standards.
• Maintain visibility across the team’s recruiting pipelines and identify stalled candidates.
• Ensure recruiters evaluate experience, qualifications, communication, motivation, and fit before submissions.
