Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate industrial service projects and field operations, with emphasis on waste management and client-facing responsibilities including quote creation.

The role will oversee equipment cleaning, waste handling, and site support while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Travel to job sites may be required to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial field services and waste management.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and TWIC card.
• Strong understanding of industrial cleaning techniques and waste handling procedures.
• Experience in quote creation, waste management, and client communication.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work in field conditions.
• Certifications such as 40-Hour HAZWOPER, OSHA 30, or RCRA/DOT are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage industrial service projects including tank/containment cleaning, excavation, vacuum/air mover truck operations, spill clean-up, and confined space entry.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Prepare detailed project quotes and proposals based on scope, labor, equipment, and disposal costs.
• Collaborate with sales, waste, and proposals teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project planning and execution.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to develop service strategies tailored to client needs.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field teams.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain project records including job logs/dailies, service reports, and waste tracking.
• Provide post-project reviews and client feedback summaries.
• Support internal reporting and performance tracking.
