Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional Medicaid clinical operations initiatives. You will manage end-to-end delivery, define scope and success metrics, and collaborate with clinical, operational, technology, and compliance stakeholders across Medicaid programs.

This remote role requires EST working hours and up to 10% travel to Humana offices. Strong PM experience, knowledge of PMO governance, and proficiency with tools like MS Planner, MS Project, Asana, and Jira

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, including planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and PM tools such as MS Planner, MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time hours regardless of location.

• Define scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
