Job summary

Homa is seeking a Lead Product Manager for live RPG titles to own the end-to-end product roadmap, monetization, and LiveOps for a live RPG portfolio. You will steer events, balance economy decisions, and partner with UA to grow a billion-player experience.

You will lead a lean team of product, design, and economy experts, shaping strategy across multiple games and ensuring rapid, data-driven iteration from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Experience with live F2P mobile games, preferably RPG/midcore.
• End-to-end ownership of features, progression, monetization or product roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of live game loops, events and monetization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles, including core loop, progression, monetization, and meta systems.
• Own LiveOps end-to-end: calendar, events, and player engagement strategies.
• Lead a small team of product, design, and economy experts to align on goals and deliverables.
• Oversee the monetization model in collaboration with economy and UA teams.
• Drive growth with UA to scale player acquisition and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Publishing and studios to ensure end-to-end delivery from concept to launch.
• Set benchmarks and best practices for the RPG genre.
• Stay hands-on with data and systems to influence month-to-month decisions.
