Job summary

Homa is seeking a Lead Product Manager for live RPG games. You will own the product roadmap end-to-end across live titles, shaping economy, progression, monetization, and LiveOps strategy to create enduring player engagement.

You will lead a small, cross-functional team of product, design and economy experts, partner with UA, and collaborate with Publishing to scale the RPG portfolio. This role is remote with global collaboration.

Qualifications

Several years of product experience on live mobile games, especially RPG, with end-to-end ownership of an economy, progression system or monetization roadmap.
Strong leadership to align Design, Publishing, Data, Economy, UA and external studios.
Lean, fast-moving, high-autonomy teams with quick tests and feedback loops.
Hands-on with data and systems, able to dive deep when needed.

Responsibilities

Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles, including core loop and monetization.
Own LiveOps end-to-end: calendar, events, and loop to keep players engaged.
Lead a small team of product, design and economy experts.
Oversee the monetization model balancing IAP and ad revenue growth.
Drive growth with UA in partnership to inform the roadmap.
Collaborate with Publishing and studios to ship features end-to-end.
Set benchmarks and bring best practices to the genre.
Stay hands-on with data and systems when necessary.
