Homa, a Paris-based global game developer and publisher, is seeking a Lead Economy Designer (Hybrid RPG) to own the commercial destiny of our RPG portfolio. You will shape how players earn, spend, and engage, affecting live titles and future growth.

You will design scalable economies, define pricing strategies, build simulations, and collaborate with studios to implement monetization that drives engagement and revenue. This role blends product, game design, and data in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• You have deep experience designing RPG economies for free-to-play titles.
• You read game data fluently in SQL and translate it into economic decisions.
• You own end-to-end execution from modeling to live balancing.
• You document work clearly so studios can act on it.
• You communicate effectively with distributed teams remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable RPG economy systems across multiple live titles.
• Own the economic impact of product features and balance decisions.
• Define pricing, sink/source balancing, and offer targeting for monetization.
• Build economy simulations and data models from data to live balance.
• Partner with studios and publishing teams to implement economy frameworks.
