Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience.
Strategic orchestrator in a matrixed environment.
Proven ability to collaborate in a two-in-a-box model with Platform PMs.
Data analytics comfort and ability to communicate metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
Highly collaborative with leaders, clinicians, and architects.

Responsibilities

Define the multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for the Clinical Insights Engine integration with CVS Health businesses.
Co-develop the roadmap with Platform PMs to align business objectives with platform capabilities.
Ensure delivery drives measurable clinical and financial outcomes and iterate based on feedback.
Develop data-driven business cases and communicate progress to senior leadership.
Define KPIs and monitor provider acceptance, diagnostic accuracy, and quality outcomes.
