Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a data analytics lead to architect, build, and deploy critical operational tooling across its diverse portfolio. You will bridge the CEO Office and divisional product teams, designing analytics for product teams and providing a consolidated view of datasets for executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, software engineering, MIS, or similar.
• Direct coding experience using Python, SQL, React, TypeScript, or similar.
• Deep understanding of data stack tools like Palantir Foundry or Databricks.
• Direct experience owning, leading, and driving adoption of user-facing applications.
• Proven track record of leveraging technical data to solve business problems.
• Demonstrated technical autonomy from roadmap definition to solution rollout and sustainment.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap from conception through delivery to sustainment for core systems and collaboration tools.
• Partner cross-functionally to understand tools, taxonomies, and ontologies across teams.
• Build custom dashboards and analytical tools for divisional product teams and senior leadership.
• Leverage technical and operational data to drive business outcomes across growth, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Create and iterate on durable solutions with scrappy start-up pace and thorough documentation.
