Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Products Data Lead to own product master data and key metrics. You will establish a governed data foundation, define KPI sets, and create a fact pack to support forward-looking product strategy. You will work with senior peers to ensure data initiatives drive EBITDA and measurable business impact.

The role partners with the VP of Operation Transformation and Product GMs to shift from backward-looking reporting to proactive, transparent analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years in commercial analytics, data science, or master data management.
• Strong SQL and analytics tooling; familiarity with the modern data stack.

Responsibilities

• Establish a single governed source of product master data and core inputs.
• Translate foundation into KPI set aligned with ELT strategy and value proposition.
• Create a fact pack supporting product strategy and North Star KPIs.
• Ensure product data initiatives are measurable and traceable to EBITDA.
• Collaborate with Product GMs and ops-data analytics teams across functions.
