Job summary

Bikeleasing Group is seeking a Team Lead for Data Products Analytics to shape our data strategy and lead a cross-functional analytics team. You will build the team lead function, connect strategic data needs with operational delivery, and drive value across the organization through modern tooling and data products.

You will guide KPI definitions, dashboards, and semantic layers, while maintaining lean processes and close collaboration with the Head of Data and other functions.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in analytics or BI with leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and balance stakeholder requests vs. team capacity.
• Able to lead engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization skills across multiple projects.
• Fluency in German and English (C1/C2).
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (dbt, Redshift, Superset).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analytics Engineers and Analysts and support career development.
• Own the team backlog, prioritize requests, manage capacity, and communicate decisions.
• Drive data product quality and evolution from KPI definitions to self-service dashboards and semantic layers.
• Build lean refinement, planning, and delivery processes with low overhead.
• Collaborate with Head of Data and align with Marketing, Sales, and Product.
