Job summary

Safelite is seeking a UX & Predictive Experience Lead Researcher to accelerate learning in its digital product org. You will blend first-party data, predictive modeling, AI, experimentation, and direct customer research to help teams learn earlier and invest confidently.

Reporting to the Director of Product Design, this senior IC will lead the capability across research, design, product, analytics, and data science, creating a learning system rather than one-off studies.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in UX research, behavioral science, data science, or related fields with impact on digital product decisions.
• Experience building predictive, behavioral, simulation, or decision-support methods using first-party data.
• Strong statistics and experimentation, including causal inference and uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning system across design, product, analytics, and data science.
• Develop predictive models and simulations using first-party data.
• Integrate qualitative research with behavioral signals to explain user behavior.
• Operate in continuous discovery and delivery to shape what gets built next.
• Translate evidence into actionable guidance for senior leaders.
