Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Willow Ambulatory Lead Clinical Applications Analyst within Pharmacy Informatics to develop, test, train, maintain and support clinical systems and automation for medication management across the enterprise.

This non-supervisory leadership role guides complex initiatives, sets standards, coordinates across IT, operations, and vendors, mentors analysts, and ensures safety, compliance and alignment with departmental goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
6 years of relevant experience required.
8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, train, maintain and support clinical systems used in medication management and related pharmacy automation.
Lead complex, high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
Establish and promote standards for technical build, testing, validation and documentation.
Coordinate work across supported domains, mentor analysts and support onboarding.
Serve as liaison among Pharmacy Informatics, pharmacy operations, information technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure solutions align with clinical, operational, and strategic goals.
