Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a qualified leader to oversee the medication safety related clinical applications, including requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and ongoing operations. You will collaborate with user departments to meet SLAs and drive process improvements in application management.

You will lead teams through development cycles, coordinate with vendors, and ensure rigorous testing and successful deployments to support patient safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to identify system requirements for pharmacy and medication use applications.
• Lead minor enhancements or upgrades to existing applications and coordinate with vendors.
• Lead installation of software releases and application upgrades.
• Test pharmacy and medication use applications and document results and defects.
• Deploy pharmacy and medication use applications and manage activations and go-lives.
• Provide day-to-day operational support, respond to incidents, and document changes.
• Lead efforts to optimize use of applications and monitor service levels.
• Serve as liaison to pharmacy, nursing and other departments for system needs.
• Support change management and communicate changes across impacted areas.
