Job summary

W3Global, in Texas, seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to lead the firm's first litigation team. This fully remote role offers a pathway to shape the department and guide long-term growth.

You will manage high-volume PI cases, appear in court, conduct depositions, and mentor junior attorneys as the practice scales. Travel to hearings within Texas will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license to practice law and good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience managing cases from filing through settlement or trial.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through settlement or trial, including strategy, discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Represent clients in court, handle depositions, mediations, settlements, and other proceedings.
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other attorneys throughout the process.
• Help establish litigation processes, workflows, and best practices to support efficiency and growth.
• Play a key role in building the litigation department and mentoring additional attorneys as the firm expands.
