Qualifications

• Proven background in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming.
• Ability to think like an attacker and reproduce real-world attack chains.
• Strong report-writing skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute penetration tests across web applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Identify, validate, and exploit vulnerabilities with clear risk demonstrations.
• Conduct post-exploitation analysis to assess scope and blast radius.
• Deliver structured technical reports with severity assessments and remediation guidance.
• Challenge defensive assumptions and test detection logic, not just defenses.
• Support recurring red-team and purple-team engagements with security operations teams.
