Job summary

Allstate is hiring for an Autonomous Penetration Testing Lead Consultant to design and operate automated adversarial testing pipelines. The role focuses on building scalable CTEM-aligned validation and integrating testing into CI/CD and enterprise workflows from a remote work setup in the United States.

The candidate will automate attack path validation, collaborate with Exposure Intelligence and Response teams, and drive increased automation and coverage to shorten exploit verification cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in penetration testing, red teaming, or security engineering.
• Strong scripting/development skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience with offensive security tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous Penetration testing pipelines and tooling.
• Integrate adversarial testing into CI/CD and enterprise workflows.
• Automate attack path validation and exploit verification.
• Partner with Exposure Intelligence and Response teams to validate risk.
• Continuously improve testing coverage and scalability.
