20four7VA is seeking an offshore Independent Contractor to support lead follow-up, outbound calling, appointment booking, and lead reactivation for a Burn Boot Camp client. This phone‑first role emphasizes speed‑to‑lead and high conversion in a high‑volume, performance‑driven environment.

The work involves contacting new leads, responding to inquiries, re‑engaging older prospects, and booking them into their first class, with administrative tasks kept minimal.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting or outbound calling.
• Strong verbal English communication.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nurturing & speed-to-lead: contact new inbound leads quickly.
• Outbound calling & lead reactivation: re-engage cold/inactive leads.
• Appointment management: book and confirm sessions using MindBody.
• CRM & activity tracking: document outcomes and follow-ups.
