Job summary

Radian Generation is seeking a remote, US-based Compliance Professional to manage NERC compliance activities for registered projects. You will track regulatory filings, collaborate with the NERC Implementation team during construction, and lead meetings with clients, EPC contractors, and engineering teams to ensure proper registrations and ongoing compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in NERC Compliance, with 4+ years preferred managing generator owner/operator

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.
• 3+ years’ work experience in NERC Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance activities for NERC registered projects.
• Track and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects.
• Work with NERC Implementation team during construction phase of projects to complete project registration with applicable entities.
• Lead meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and more.
• Manage workflow for Compliance Analyst.
