Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage compliance activities for NERC registered projects.
• Track and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects.
• Work withNERCImplementation team duringconstructionphase of projects to complete project registration with applicable entities.
• Lead meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and more.
• Manage workflow for Compliance Analyst.

Required Qualifications & Education

• Minimum 4yearsrenewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.

Experience Required

Experience Preferred

• 4+years actively managing/supporting a Generator Ownerand/or Generator Operatorcompliance program

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications Preferred

• Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards
• NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred

• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Additionalknowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirable

This position is hybrid in Fernley, NV.
