Job summary

Radian Generation is seeking a qualified Compliance Manager to oversee NERC compliance activities for registered projects. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States and offers exposure to utility-scale renewable assets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in NERC Compliance, and at least 4 years in related renewable energy roles, including asset or contract management, with strong regulatory awareness and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.
• 3+ years’ work experience in NERC Compliance.
• 4+ years actively managing or supporting a Generator Owner/Operator compliance program.
• Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards; NERC Operator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance activities for NERC registered projects.
• Track and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects.
• Work with NERC Implementation team during construction phase of projects to complete project registration with applicable entities.

Experience Required

• Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards
• NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred

Company/Industry Related Knowledge

• Additional knowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirable

This position is fully remote and may be based anywhere in the United States.

The target hiring range for this position is $100,000-130,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors. This range is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific salary.
