The ideal candidate has a Master's or PhD in mechanical/aerospace engineering, 8+ years in mechanical systems design, and strong CAD/CAE, CFD/FEA skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical systems design and integration.
• Experience with renewable energy technologies.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAE software and simulation tools.
• Strong leadership and communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and optimization of complex mechanical systems for renewable energy techs.
• Develop system architecture, specifications, and performance requirements.
• Use CFD/FEA to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Oversee integration with electrical, control, and software systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute projects.
• Conduct reviews, risk assessments, and failure analyses.
• Create design reports, test procedures, and specs.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
