Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive mechanical design and leadership experience.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS, COMSOL).
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing including additive manufacturing, and international standards.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a remote, distributed team.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems from concept to final release.
• Conduct advanced engineering analyses (FEA/CFD) to ensure performance and robustness.
• Develop detailed design documentation (schematics, P&IDs, 3D models, BOMs).
• Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams (electrical, software, product managers).
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in a virtual setting.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
