Brooksource seeks a Maximo Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement IBM Maximo solutions for a large federal enterprise. This leadership role combines hands-on Maximo work with guiding developer teams, defining development plans, and ensuring quality within a structured federal delivery environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Maximo experience, strengthens the stack with MIF, Java, Python, and Oracle PL/SQL, and holds Certified Maximo Deployment Professional certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IBM Maximo experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Maximo 7.x configuration and customization.
• Leadership of developer teams and code reviews.
• Experience with MIF, Java customization, and BIRT reporting.
• Certification: Certified Maximo Deployment Professional.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and implement Maximo applications, enhancements, and configurations across functional and technical areas.
• Develop algorithms and design relational databases to support performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create software development plans, technical strategies, and coding standards for project execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to support cross‑functional delivery.
• Oversee and review developer work, conduct quality control, and ensure timely delivery.
• Test solution components with sample data to validate functionality before deployment.
