Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant professional experience in mathematics curriculum design, instruction, coaching, research, assessment, program leadership, or related field.
• Deep expertise in college- and career-ready mathematics standards and instructional shifts.
• Understanding of K-12 mathematics education policy landscape.
• Ability to analyze complex instructional materials and synthesize evidence into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support mathematics instructional materials reviews, ensuring alignment to standards and evidence-based criteria.
• Analyze materials using current research and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update review tools and processes.
• Train and support educator-reviewers to maintain calibration and high-quality outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to review teams and communicate findings to educators and decision makers.
