Job summary

EdReports.org seeks a Lead, Reviews with deep K–12 mathematics expertise to oversee the evaluation of instructional materials and ensure alignment to EdReports criteria. You will guide educator-reviewers, translate evidence into clear written reviews, and help strengthen review tools and processes across the organization.

You will collaborate across content teams, support calibration, and engage external stakeholders while traveling as needed. A Bachelor's degree and U.S.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of math curriculum design, instruction, coaching, or related leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in college- and career-ready mathematics standards and instructional shifts.
• Ability to analyze complex materials and synthesize evidence into actionable recommendations.
• Residency in and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support reviews of mathematics instructional materials to ensure alignment with standards and criteria.
• Apply mathematics expertise to analyze and summarize evidence for reviewers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content teams to improve review tools and processes.
• Train and support educator-reviewers for consistent calibration across teams.
• Provide expert guidance and coach review teams through complex questions.
