Sentara Health is seeking a Lead IT Analyst to drive ServiceNow AI initiatives across the enterprise. You will lead knowledge content creation, validation, and optimization to empower AI-driven IT support for internal customers.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to mentor peers while coordinating with cross‑functional teams on deployments, testing, and change management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Active ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS, or other).
• 3 years of ServiceNow experience preferred (ticket mgmt, platform usage, admin support, reporting).
• 5 years of general IT experience with ServiceNow in a professional environment may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Develop, organize, maintain, and validate knowledge content used by ServiceNow AI tools.
• Ensure information is accurate, searchable, and optimized for AI-driven experiences.
• Partner with ServiceNow admins, developers, and stakeholders to improve knowledge processes.
• Mentor and guide teammates while helping drive project deliverables to completion.
