Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Lead IT Analyst to drive ServiceNow AI initiatives in a fully remote capacity. You will oversee knowledge content, analytics, and testing for AI-enabled support, partnering with IT stakeholders to optimize platform usage and deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires ServiceNow expertise, active certifications, and strong communication and leadership abilities. A healthcare tech background is preferred to align with Sentara’s enterprise priorities and

Qualifications

Active ServiceNow certification is required.
3 years of ServiceNow experience with ticket management, platform utilization, or related functions is strongly preferred.
5 years of general IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow is acceptable.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions.
Develop, organize, maintain, and validate knowledge content for ServiceNow AI tools.
Ensure information is accurate, searchable, and optimized for AI-driven experiences.
Partner with ServiceNow admins, developers, and business stakeholders to improve knowledge management.
Analyze ServiceNow tickets and support trends to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.
Assist with testing and validating AI-generated responses and recommendations.
Recommend enhancements to improve user experience, content quality, and efficiency.
Mentor teammates and drive project deliverables to completion.
Work independently and with IT teams on enterprise initiatives.
