Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a senior investigations leader to oversee teams focused on program integrity in the United States. You will drive fraud prevention, conduct complex investigations, and coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance and high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives while advancing program integrity practices and safeguarding healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; professional experience may substitute depending on position requirements.
• 8–14 years of relevant experience in program integrity, healthcare compliance, fraud investigations, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigative teams and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention, detection, and monitoring strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics; drive continuous improvement for efficiency and service quality.
• Direct advanced investigations into fraud, misconduct, waste, abuse, and non-compliance; coordinate corrective actions.
• Oversee targeted reviews and intelligence-driven activities to address vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external partners for compliance.
• Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training on compliance and investigative procedures.
• Manage team performance with coaching and development initiatives.
• Support senior leadership with contract operations and strategic initiatives for Program Integrity.
