Job summary

Qlarant seeks a Senior Manager to own the performance of the Program Integrity division within enterprise contracts. You will monitor metrics, identify process improvements, and support operations and administration of contracts while liaising with government agencies and external stakeholders to ensure transparent and compliant programs.

You will lead investigative teams, conduct advanced investigations, and ensure documentation and reporting are accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–11 years of experience required; 12–14 years preferred.
• Certified Fraud Examiner or Accredited Healthcare Anti-fraud Investigator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs investigations and oversees day-to-day activities of investigative teams.
• Monitors and analyzes performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving processes and procedures.
• Assists Senior Manager - Program Integrity in operations and administration of contracts.
• Communicates with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure compliant programs.
• Maintains documentation and produces regular reports on program integrity metrics and compliance status.
• Manages team performance through feedback and formal reviews.
