Job summary

Qlarant seeks an experienced leader to own the performance of the Program Integrity division within enterprise contracts. The role monitors metrics, guides investigations, and collaborates with government agencies to ensure compliant, high-quality programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8–11 years of experience required; 12–14 years preferred.
• Certified Fraud Examiner or Accredited Healthcare Anti-fraud Investigator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs teams to monitor compliance with laws, regulations and policies and prioritizes investigations.
• Identifies risks to program integrity and develops mitigation strategies.
• Implements controls and monitoring systems to detect and prevent fraud in programs.
• Maintains documentation and produces regular program integrity reports.
• Liaises with government agencies, regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.
