Job summary

Qlarant seeks a senior leader to own and optimize the Program Integrity division within enterprise contracts. You will monitor performance metrics, oversee investigations, and liaise with government agencies to ensure transparent, compliant programs.

You will drive investigations, guide teams, and implement robust controls to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse across health and human services programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–11 years of experience required; 12–14 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs teams to monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Identifies and evaluates program integrity risks and mitigates them.
• Implements measures to maintain and improve program quality and standards.
• Forms strategies to detect and prevent fraud within programs with controls and monitoring.
• Assesses efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of existing processes.
• Collaborates with departments and external entities for holistic program integrity.
• Conducts advanced investigations into fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance; takes corrective actions.
• Maintains accurate documentation and produces regular integrity reports.
