Job summary

Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. seeks an Independent Contractor Coordinator to support federal background investigations.

The role guides Independent Contractors, collaborates with Engagement, Case Assignment, and Finance teams, and operates primarily remotely with occasional in-person requirements. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of government investigative standards, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years in the background investigations industry.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain required clearances.
• Experience with metrics tools and delivery assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IC Background Investigators to ensure timely, high-quality federal investigations.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, improve processes, and report insights to leadership.
• Coordinate with Case Assignment to align distribution with investigator skills and capacity.
• Represent the team in customer meetings and address inquiries and escalations.
• Conduct performance reviews, field checks, and case file evaluations with clear feedback.
