Job summary

Veradigm seeks an Implementation Architect to lead complex client implementations across Payer Analytics and Risk Adjustment solutions. You will translate health plan needs into scalable designs, guiding cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle and delivering compliant, secure data integrations.

You will engage with Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA programs, advise on CMS-HCC and HHS-HCC models, and ensure timely, high-quality go-lives with robust documentation and reusable patterns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in health plan risk adjustment and quality analytics.
• Deep Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA experience across distinct risk adjustment models.
• Advanced SQL and data integration skills.
• Experience with HL7 FHIR, CCDA, and EDI data exchanges.
• Excellent client-facing communication and consulting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-level implementations.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical design across Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA lines.
• Design data mappings, transformations, and integration approaches at scale.
• Oversee data quality frameworks, validation, reconciliation, and remediation.
