Qualifications

• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA marketplace lines of business.
• Advanced SQL and database expertise for healthcare datasets.
• Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for enterprise-level implementations.
• Translate complex health plan requirements into scalable technical plans across multiple engagements.
• Advise clients on CMS-HCC, HHS-HCC, and regulatory submission cycles.
• Design data integration strategies and data quality frameworks for onboarding and analytics.
