Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an Implementation Architect to lead end-to-end client implementations across Payer Analytics and Risk Adjustment suites, including Risk Adjustment Analytics, Quality Analytics, and eChart integration.

You will translate regulatory requirements into scalable designs, guide cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted advisor. Strong Medicaid/Medicare/ACA knowledge and hands-on data integration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
• 10+ years relevant work experience; if internal, 2-3 years at the Expert level preferred.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in health plan risk adjustment and quality analytics methodologies.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA marketplace lines of business.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare data standards and integration methods (HL7 FHIR, CCDA, EDI).
• Proven ability to architect complex, scalable technical solutions and lead multiple client engagements.
• Strong SQL and database capabilities; experience with healthcare data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for enterprise implementations of Veradigm Payer Analytics and Risk Adjustment solutions.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into detailed technical implementation plans.
• Advise clients on CMS-HCC, state Medicaid models, and ACA risk adjustment requirements.
• Design data integration strategies across client systems, EHRs, and the Veradigm Network.
• Oversee data mappings, transformation requirements, and scalable integration approaches.
• Own data quality frameworks and remediation processes.
• Lead root cause analysis of data issues during onboarding and validation.
• Mentor other architects and consultants; share best practices.
