QualityAI seeks a Lead Full-Stack Developer to provide technical leadership for a distributed engineering team while staying hands-on. You will drive engineering excellence, ensure on-time delivery, and align with architecture, standards, and business goals.

You will lead offshore teams, hire new members, and contribute to code quality, security, and performance across services, with a strong emphasis on TDD and cloud-native practices.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Front-end: React.js; back-end: Java Spring Boot.
• Proven leadership with remote/offshore teams management.
• Strong cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and manage the offshore development team, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
• Assess, evaluate and hire new offshore team members to build a strong technical workforce.
• Actively contribute to development while setting coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews to maintain quality, security, and performance.
• Monitor and track progress to ensure offshore deliverables are on time.
• Ensure technical alignment of offshore efforts with overall architecture.
