Qualifications

8-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Strong expertise in React.js for front-end development and Java Spring Boot for back-end services.
Proven leadership abilities with experience managing remote or offshore teams.
Deep understanding of modern software development practices including cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Test-Driven Development (TDD) expertise for robust, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage offshore development team, ensuring collaboration and high-quality code delivery.
Evaluate and hire offshore team members to build a strong technical workforce.
Contribute to development efforts while leading by example in coding standards and best practices.
Conduct in-depth code reviews to maintain quality, security, and performance.
