Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst to join the Finance Team in a remote capacity in the United States. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance and inform strategic decisions.

The role requires 7+ years in corporate finance/FP&A, expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning, and advanced financial modeling and Excel. MBA/CPA/CFA preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible Corporate Finance / FP&A experience.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (Insights, planning models, reporting).
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; translate data into insights.
• CPA/CFA or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with strategy and targets.
• Administer and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning with model updates and reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive performance and align targets with strategy.
• Develop executive-level reporting and Board materials.
• Provide advanced financial analysis for growth planning and scenario modeling.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actions.
• Improve FP&A processes for efficiency and visibility across the organization.
• Support corporate development and M&A initiatives.
