Job summary

Quisitive is seeking a Consultant - FP&A & EPM Solutions to join our growing Business Solutions consulting practice. This role is ideal for an early-career finance professional who wants hands‑on experience implementing EPM platforms for clients across industries.

You’ll work with experienced consultants to transform planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics using Board and other leading tools, building financial models and training materials.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional FP&A experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Solid Excel skills: financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and with a consulting team.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become proficient in Board EPM platform.
• Support design, configuration, and implementation of EPM solutions.
• Assist with solution architecture, planning, and requirements gathering with senior consultants.
• Build and maintain financial models, planning applications, and reporting solutions.
• Support project planning, coordination, and delivery activities.
• Create training materials, user documentation, and process documentation.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
