CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst to guide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions. This remote role focuses on turning data into enterprise insights and owning the financial planning process.

You will manage Workday Adaptive Planning, develop executive-level reports, and drive performance across the finance organization. This role offers high visibility and strategic impact.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive Corporate Finance and FP&A experience.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Insights, planning models, and reporting capabilities.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills to convert data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-financial audiences.
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with strategy, targets, and plans.
  • Lead administration and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning, including model updates and data integrity.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive performance and align targets with strategy.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and Board materials (monthly/ quarterly).
  • Deliver advanced financial analysis for growth planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate into action.
  • Lead process improvements increasing efficiency and visibility across the org.
  • Support corporate development, M&A, and other growth initiatives.
  • Serve as Finance liaison to senior leadership, communicating complex data clearly.

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead critical budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. This is an opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated financial initiatives, strengthen enterprise planning capabilities, and deliver insights that support long-term growth and business performance.


What You'll Do:


  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with organizational strategy, financial targets, and operational plans

  • Lead the administration and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning, including model updates, reporting capabilities, system optimization, and data integrity

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive performance, inform key decisions, and align financial targets with business strategy

  • Develop executive-level financial reporting and presentations, including monthly and quarterly packages and Board of Directors materials

  • Deliver advanced financial analysis supporting organic growth planning, probability analysis, performance forecasting, and scenario modeling

  • Identify financial and operational trends, risks, and opportunities while translating findings into actionable recommendations

  • Lead financial planning and reporting process improvements that increase efficiency, standardization, and financial visibility across the organization

  • Support corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, and other high-impact initiatives that contribute to long-term growth

  • Serve as a key Finance liaison to senior leadership, communicating complex financial information clearly across financial and non-financial audiences


What You Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Corporate Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis required

  • Demonstrated success leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes within a complex organization

  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning required, including Insights, planning models, and reporting capabilities

  • Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to convert large volumes of data into clear insights

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, key performance indicators, and operational drivers within a service-based business

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex financial concepts accessible to non-financial audiences

  • A high level of accountability, sound judgment, and the ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and drive results

  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $130,000


Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
