The role requires 8+ years in finance, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and strong Excel/Access skills. Remote work with occasional travel supports our national operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading complex projects and interpreting U.S. GAAP.
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills with ability to produce executive-level analyses.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly general ledger journal entries for accuracy and include supporting documentation.
• Prepare analytic explanations for variances and communicate findings to Finance leadership.
• Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts and ensure timely closes.
• Prepare internal financial reports and enhance reporting processes.
• Strengthen internal controls and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Guide analysts and cross-functional teams on complex financial projects.
