The role emphasizes cloud strategy, enterprise patterns, and collaboration with business leaders to map capabilities and value streams. This is a remote senior leadership position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years hands-on design, development, and testing of software applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in Cloud technologies, Cloud migration or Enterprise Architecture.
• Expert knowledge and experience with enterprise architecture pattern development and application, cloud architectures and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strong advocate for the business within IT and ensure technology execution aligns with business strategy.
• Help achieve value-driven outcomes by ensuring Humana’s Technology Strategy aligns with corporate vision and segment business strategies.
• Engage in enterprise technology modernization initiatives with application teams and stakeholders.
• evangelize and drive adoption of lean enterprise architecture within an agile delivery framework.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to map the business vision to value streams, capabilities and functions.
