Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to align business strategy with technology strategy and lead IT portfolio execution. You will mentor enterprise, solution, technology and system architects across Humana while guiding cloud and platform modernization efforts.

The role focuses on driving value through architecture guidance, setting technology strategy, and collaborating with business and IT leaders to achieve strategic objectives in a remote-capable, travel-friendly setting.

Formación

• Progressive experience as a senior application and/or solution architect or technical lead in a large company.
• Experience spanning multiple enterprise systems.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and agile delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strong advocate for the business within IT and ensure that technology execution aligns with business strategy.
• Help achieve value-driven outcomes by ensuring Humana’s Technology Strategy aligns with corporate vision and segment strategies.
• Engage in enterprise technology modernization initiatives and deliver value through architecture guidance and execution support.
• Evangelize and drive adoption of lean enterprise architecture within an agile delivery framework.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to map business vision to value streams, capabilities and functions.
• Document current state architecture, value streams and domain capability models with architects and leadership.
• Define and maintain technology strategies to align portfolio with opportunities from rationalization and business value.
