Job summary

Ordo is seeking a Lead Engineer to push important features used by users daily. You will join a high-impact team, translating designs and business requirements into high-quality features, micro-apps, tools, and services for real customers.

You will work across the stack, from Rails backend to TypeScript/React frontend, ensuring product-first delivery. You will ship multiple features per day, collaborate with the product squad, and help shape the development process while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Typescript, React, and GraphQL, with Rails backend experience.
• Experience shipping SaaS products and mobile apps.
• Strong communication and collaboration with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Ship 5-6 features per day, incorporating designer work into production.
• Collaborate with the product squad to develop and deliver high-quality software.
• Own new feature development in the web app and create any new apps with the lead engineer.
• Ensure features are product-first, considering UX and business impact.
• Contribute to improving code quality and development processes.
